Azur Casino tournament points, prizes and ranking rules
An Azur Casino tournament is a ranking, not a second wallet. Points, cash on the account and the prize are three numbers that only meet on the event card. Grand Prix d’Azur advertises up to 1 000 € in cash. The games that score, how points are counted and how ties break sit on that card. A leaderboard can climb while the balance does not. Points are not cash, and last week’s list is not this week’s
Spinning a listed slot can add points without adding a withdrawable euro. Prize money, when paid, can land as cash or as bonus. A bonus prize is another x40 cousin. The 100% welcome up to 500 € is a different campaign. Do not grind Grand Prix on welcome money unless the event list and the pack list actually match.
Live tables that contribute about 5% toward wagering may score differently in an Azur Casino tournament. Mini-games at 0% contribution can still be excluded from points. The event card is the law. Last week’s memory is not. Some cards require opt-in: playing the right slot without the toggle can score zero. The close date is hard. Chat cannot add points after it, so a forty-minute session at 23:50 is a bad idea if the event ends at midnight.

Joining without burning the week is a short checklist. The event page has to answer all five before you change your usual bet.
- Which games score, and are they the slots you already play.
- How points are calculated and how ties break.
- Whether the prize is cash or bonus, and whether that bonus has its own wagering.
- The close date, and whether you can sit that calendar without rushing a session.
- Whether an open welcome x40 will collide with the 10 € max bet, including bonus-buys.

Grand prix versus the daily lobby

If the card scores one point per 1 € bet, doubling the stake doubles points and doubles the burn. That is not a reason to abandon the 10 € bonus cap. Play the listed bet. If that bet cannot catch the leaders without wrecking the week, skip the ranking. Tenth-place cash is often smaller than the extra stake you would burn to chase first. Grand Prix “up to 1 000 €” is the pool headline, not a participation trophy.
Three numbers on one event
Keep them apart or the prize looks bigger than the wallet.

Read the prize table. An Azur Casino tournament is a ladder. If the cash for your likely place is smaller than the extra stake you would burn, the ranking is the wrong week. A prize paid as bonus money is another bar: if you needed cash this week, you joined the wrong event.
Two refusals keep points from running the bankroll.
- Do not raise the stake only because a rival gained 200 points.
- Do not accept a bonus prize you cannot clear in the printed days.
Opt in, play the listed games at the listed bet, and stop at the euro cap you wrote before the event. Chat cannot add points after close. Cash-only slots still need KYC. They skip both the leaderboard and x40. The site is a browser; compare the host to the registration email. The close date does not move for a late opt-in on a cloned lobby.
When the leaderboard is the wrong week
